Production Engineer

Bowmill Engineering, Poole is currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Production Engineer to join our production team.

The main aspects of the role comprise of:

• Managing and expediting your assigned customers’ orders from receipt until delivery of a finished product
• Liaising with the customer regarding latest status and delivery updates on orders.
• Entering all customer sales on the sales management sheet
• Ensure that all information is detailed and accurate, week by week, in preparation for weekly sales reviews
• You will be responsible for ensuring all production requirements are entered accurately onto the production run list and capacity planning schedules.
• Attending all production meetings and reviews as required
• Responsible for managing on time delivery for all customers assigned.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working in a similar role and industry and will also thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a customer facing role is a must, as well as working closely with engineers on a machine shop.
