IT Support and Data Analyst

Bowmill Poole is currently seeking an IT Support and Data Analyst to join our busy team.

Main Responsibilities

The IT Support and Data Analyst will be required to assist the IT Manager in day to day duties as well as providing reports of information gathered from Workshop data collection and correction of data thereof.

Other duties include (but not limited to):

  • Auditing IT systems for security compliance.
  • Managing new users and network devices.
  • Attending to minor problems and providing support.
  • Update maintenance.
  • Creation and update of advanced spreadsheets.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

Candidates should have a good understanding of the following or the ability to:

  • Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel (advanced).
  • Programming knowledge, especially VBA.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and MS Server
  • Use of an ERP Business system.
  • Work both in a team and with own initiative.

 

Training will be provided in the use of certain IT systems, but not full.
