Bowmill Poole is currently seeking a SOP Administrator to join our busy team.

Main Responsibilities

The SOP administrator will be required to process Customer orders, despatches and finished goods stock control.

Other duties include (but not limited to):

  • Scanning and filing of Works Order cards as they are completed
  • End of month verification of open jobs and stock
  • Assist in End of year process (stock take)

Skills & Qualifications

Candidates will the following skills are preferred but full training will be provided:

  • Ability to work with Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
